摘 要: | 从甜菜渣脱果胶样品中,利用碱提取法将纤维素和半纤维素分离.实验证明氢氧化纳碱液的浓度范围为8%~12%,碱液浸泡时闻为6d,温度保持在25~30℃时,可将纤维素及半纤维素充分分离,半纤维素的产率为13.0%.又通过不同条件实验证明,进一步用 NaOCl 溶液氧化除去纤维素中木质素的最佳工艺条件为:5%NaOCl 溶液的用量是每10g 甜菜原渣需20mL,氧化时间是3h,氧化温度是55℃.得到纤维素的产率为18.3%、纯度是91.10%.

The Technological Conditions of Separating the Cellulose and Semi—Cellulose from the Pectin Retracted Beet Waste |

Abstract: | The cellulose and the semi-cellulose were separated by sodium hydroxide solution from the pectin extracted beet waste. The results demonstrated that cellulose and the semi- cellulose can be efficiently separated when the concentration of NaOH solution was 8%-12% and the temperature was kept at 25℃-30℃ and soaking time of NaOH solution was 6 days. The productivity of semi-cellulose was 13.0%. The best technology conditions that the ligin is removed by NaOCl oxidation were as follows:the temperature ofNaOCl oxidation was 55℃,the time of NaOCl oxidation was 3h,the amount of 5% NaOCl solution was 20mL per ten grams of beet waste. The productivity of the cellulose is 18.3%. The purity of the cellulose is 91.10%. |
