夏播高梁亲本系主要农艺性状配合力的分析

摘    要:试验结果表明:不育系Lu1A的株高、生育期的一般配合力低于623A,达极显著水平,而产量、穗粒数的一般配合力高于623A,达显著或极显著水平,可望替代623A成为高粱夏播区配制高产、早熟、矮秆杂交种的骨干不育系。恢复系材料中,6006的穗长、千粒重、熟期的一般配合力表现突出,与其他材料差异达显著或极显著水平。晋89346的产量一般配合力效应值最高,株高的一般配合力效应值最低,穗粒数显著高于对照,应用潜力较大。参试组合中,623A×晋89346、Lu1A×晋89346等组合产量居前几位,综合性状较好

Combining Ability of Main Agronomic Characters of Summer Sorghum Parents
Abstract:Trials revealed that in comparison with the sterile line 623A,Lu1A had a high significantly lower general combining ability (GCA) in plant height and growth_development period,and got significant or very significant level in GCA of yield and grains per spike,expected to be a key sterile line which could be used to creat high_yielding,early_maturing and dwarf hybrids of summer sorghum.Among restorer lines,6006 had an advanced GCA in spike lenghth,100_grain weight or maturing time.Jin 89346 had higher applied potency,with highest effect of GCA in yield,lowest effect in plant height,and significantly more grains per spike than the check.Among all the combinations,623A×Jin 89346 and Lu1A×Jin 89346 had higher yield and good comprehensive characters.
