拖拉机中央传动弧齿锥齿轮的有限元分析

摘    要:采用Pro/E软件,建立了拖拉机中央传动弧齿锥齿轮的参数化精确模型,利用Pro/E与ANSYS接口将建模实体导入ANSYS软件中进行了有限元计算和分析。结果表明,ANSYS对啮合理论问题分析结果比传统计算公式更加接近实际。该方法可定量分析其应力分布情况,为弧齿锥齿轮的研究、设计、制造进行了理论和技术探索。

Abstract:Based on Pro/E software,the paper created a 3D solid model of spiral bevel gear accurately,then leaded the model to ANSYS by connecting Pro/E and ANSYS software.The finite element calculation and analysis were performed in ANSYS software.The results show that,for engagement theory,the analysis conclusion of ANSYS software is more close to actual situation than that of traditional method.The method can quantificationally analyze the stress distribution,and which can provide a theoretical and technical support for spiral bevel gear’s design and manufacturing.
