拖拉机下悬挂点1、2类互换型球形接头设计

对于发动机标定功率为37～51 kW的农业轮式拖拉机,按GB/T 1593.1标准规定,其后置式三点悬挂装置的主要尺寸和参数应按1类来设计。但由于用户在实际使用过程中,因地域土质的差异和作业机具的不同,要求拖拉机不仅可以挂接1类尺寸机具,而且能方便实现挂接2类尺寸机具。采用一种拖拉机下悬挂点1类和2类球形接头能快速方便互换的设计方法,以满足后置式三点悬挂装置1、2类球形接头的互换。

Design of Category 1,2 Interchangeable Ball Joints of Tractor Lower Hitch Point

For agricultural wheeled tractors whose engine powers range from 37 kW to 51 kW,in accordance with the standard GB/T 1593.1,the dimensions and requirements of their rear-mounted three-point linkages should be designed by category 1.Because of different soil and different implements,the tractor is required to connect not only the category 1 implements but also category 2 implements.The text describes a design that the category 1 implement ball joint and category 2 implement ball joint of lower hitch point can interchange quickly and easily,which can satisfy the interchange of category 1,2 ball joints of rear-mounted three-point linkage.
