摘    要:对于发动机标定功率为37~51 kW的农业轮式拖拉机,按GB/T 1593.1标准规定,其后置式三点悬挂装置的主要尺寸和参数应按1类来设计。但由于用户在实际使用过程中,因地域土质的差异和作业机具的不同,要求拖拉机不仅可以挂接1类尺寸机具,而且能方便实现挂接2类尺寸机具。采用一种拖拉机下悬挂点1类和2类球形接头能快速方便互换的设计方法,以满足后置式三点悬挂装置1、2类球形接头的互换。

Abstract:For agricultural wheeled tractors whose engine powers range from 37 kW to 51 kW,in accordance with the standard GB/T 1593.1,the dimensions and requirements of their rear-mounted three-point linkages should be designed by category 1.Because of different soil and different implements,the tractor is required to connect not only the category 1 implements but also category 2 implements.The text describes a design that the category 1 implement ball joint and category 2 implement ball joint of lower hitch point can interchange quickly and easily,which can satisfy the interchange of category 1,2 ball joints of rear-mounted three-point linkage.
