掺不同类型减水剂粉煤灰混凝土的配合比设计

摘    要:通过试验研究了早强减水剂和高效减水剂对掺粉煤灰不同强度等级混凝土和易性和抗压强度的影响,研究表明:混凝土中掺入早强减水剂量在0~1%时,混凝土早期强度明显提高,后期强度也有所增大;当粉煤灰掺量为20%、早强减水剂为0.8%时混凝土强度最大;当混凝土中掺入粉煤灰和高效减水剂时,粉煤灰掺量为25%,高效减水剂掺量为1.0%时混凝土强度最大;从而得出了掺不同类型减水剂粉煤灰混凝土的最佳配合比。

Abstract:Wu studied the workability and compressive strength of concrete which add different types of water reducing admixture.The results showed that concrete strength increased obviously when the dose of the early strength water-reducing admixture was 0~1%;the strength of concrete was largest when the fly ash content was 20%,while early strength water-reducing admixture was 0.8%;added fly ash and superplasticizer into concrete,and when the fly ash content was 25%,while superplasticizer was 1.0%,the strength of concrete was the maximum.Thus,we obtained the optimal mix proportion of fly ash concrete which add different types of water reducing admixture.
