基于ANSYS的大功率拖拉机车架的有限元分析

摘    要:为进一步优化大功率拖拉机车架的结构,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元分析。以KAT1804拖拉机为例,利用Pro/E软件建立了车架结构的几何模型,并用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行了静态和动态的强度分析以及模态分析。结果表明,车架后桥结构中存在应力较大的危险点,车架的固有频率基本避开了各种激励频率。此研究为拖拉机车架的结构改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to make further improvement on structural performance of high-power tractors,the finite element analysis is performed to the frame by using ANSYS software.Taking a KAT1804 tractor as an example,the geometrical model of frame structure is set up by Pro/E software,and the static strength,dynamic strength and model are analyzed by ANSYS software.The results show that,the dangerous point with greater stress exists in frame rear axle,the natural frequency of the frame is far away from the excitation frequency.All studies can provide a theoretical basis for improving design of the frame structure of this kind tractor.
