| 摘 要： | 针对59/74 kW轮式拖拉机前驱动桥壳体,分析了整体式桥壳的结构特点和其主减安装面、转向节孔和半轴轴承座孔的工艺要求,并研究设计了加工工艺。经生产实践证明,该工艺不仅生产效率高,而且产品质量稳定。

| Abstract: | For front drive axle housing of 59/74 kW tractors,we analyzed the overall structural features of the integral axle housing and process requirements for main mounting surface,steering knuckle hole and half shaft bearing seat hole.Then the process technics are designed.The productions prove that the process has a high efficiency and stabile product quality. |
