| 摘 要： | 建立了石油醚脱脂—70%乙醇除杂—热水提取爬山虎中多糖的工艺,用苯酚—硫酸法测定多糖的含量。实验表明,此方法精密度、稳定性、重现性较好,回收率为98.07%,RSD=3.72%;熟果、茎和叶的多糖平均含量分别为:6.39%、21.88%、11.77%。

| Abstract: | Establishment the extraction process: Petroleum ether De-fatting-70% ethanol refluxing-water extracting,and polysaccharide was extracted from Parthenocissus tricuspidata,phenol-sulfuric acid method was employed to measure polysaccharide content.The experment shows that the method is good in precision,stability and reproducibility,the recovery rate reaches 98.07%,RSD is 3.72%,polysaccharide content of ripe fruits,stem and leave reach 6.39%,21.88% and 11.77%,respectively. |
