后金融危机时代新疆兵团上市企业应对危机的实证分析

本文以生产建设兵团13家上市企业2007-2010年财务数据作为样本,依据企业生产经营主要产品特性和市场销售情况把企业分为八类型;通过构建反映企业生产经营和财务等方面抗风险能力的指标体系,实证分析了金融危机时代不同类型上市企业抗风险能力的大小及影响的主要因子。实证结论为:2007-2010年间兵团不同类型企业抗风险能力大小依次为:工程类企业>建材类企业>工业内销型企业>商业服务型企业>农业内外销型企业>工业内外销型>农业内销型企业>农业外销型企业;影响兵团上市企业抗风险能力的主要因子为盈利能力、成长能力和运营能力;并针对实证结论提出后金融危机时代提升抗风险能力的相应对策。

Empirical Analysis on Listed Companies of Xinjiang Production and Construction Group Deal with Financial Crisis in Post- financial Crisis Period

The paper takes the financial data of 2007-2010 from 13 public listed companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Group as a sample.Based on different production characteristics and market conditions,all of these companies are divided into eight types,constructs the anti-risk ability index system;Empirically has analyzed the anti-risk ability on different listed companies and the main factors of affect in the financial crisis and after the financial crisis period.The conclusions of empirical were the anti-risk ability of different type of enterprises between2007-2010t he order from strong to weak were: engineering enterprise>building Materials Company>Industrial domestic enterprises> Business Services Enterprise > part export and part domestic agricultural enterprises> part export and part domestic industrial enterprises> agricultural domestic enterprises> agricultural export enterprises;The main factors of affect the anti-risk ability are: growth capacity and operational capability;and proposed to enhance the ability to resist risks and appropriate measures in post-crisis era.
