空间弯管安装转角计算的新方法

提出了一种计算空间弯管安装转角的新方法，并应用到云南省临沧地区忙海河三级电站和楚雄州老虎山一级和二级电站空间弯管的安装中。根据实际施工的应用，该方法与投影几何计算方法进行了对比分析，认为采用投影几何计算方法虽然较精确但比较烦琐，不易理解，难于掌握；而采用新的计算方法计算简单、实用，虽然有一定的误差，但误差较小，通过安装过程中微小的调整就能满足要求。这种新的计算空间弯管安装转角的方法可以应用到其他工程空间弯管安装过程中。

A New Calculation Method for Installing Angle in Three-dimensional Siphon

This paper brings forward a new method of calculating installing angle for three-dimensional siphon,and applies it in the installing of three-dimensional siphons in the Third-grade Power Station of Manghai River and the Laohushan Power Station of Chuxiong Prefecture,Yunnan Province.According to the application and contrasted with the traditional method-projection geometry calculation,it can be concluded : Adopting the traditional method,the calculating result is more accurate,but it is very intricate and not easy to command;this new calculating method is simple and easy to command;although the calculating result has some error,the error is very small and in the installing process through small adjustment it can satisfy the requirement.Therefore the new method is very practical,and it can be applied in the installation of other similar three-dimensional siphons.
