| Abstract: | The State Natural Science fund is the leading source of the funds for the basic researches of colleges and universities. in this paper.the author.from the practical experience of scientific management, analyses the significance to apply for the fund-projects, summarizes the management to apply for the fund-projects, and approaches the ways to raise the quantitty and quality of the application, which has some reference value for colleges and universities to apply for fund-projects. |
