摘    要:以济南火烧头露仁等6个品种组成的双列杂交,对籽粒的蛋白质含量进行了杂种优势和配合力分析。结果表明:蛋白质含量在多数组合中为正向优势,各品种的蛋白质含量与杂种优势无明显相关,各品种的gca有显著差异,且与亲本的表型值高度相关。sca效应与杂种优势也明显相关。故在进行蛋白质含量育种时,可根据亲本表型值选配亲本,根据杂种优势进行组合的选择,以替代gca和sca的分析

Abstract:The hterosis and combining ability of grain protein content were studied by a P(P+1)/2 diallel design with 6 varieties. The positive heterosis of protein content could be found in most crosses and were not significantly related with that of the parents. The gca effects among varieties differed significantly and were closely correlated with the protein content of parents. On the other hand, the sca effects were closely correlated with heterosis. Therefore, it is possible to select parents according to the protein content and to select crosses according to the heterosis for grain protein content.
