The popularization of the Internet and the change in consumers'consumption concepts make e-commerce have an important impact on the development of various industries in China.With a more traditional business and development model,in the current process of transformation and upgrading,the feed industry must conform to this trend and transform its business model with the help of e-commerce.Based on this background,this article first discussed the necessity of developing e-commerce in the feed industry.Secondly,it analyzed the application of e-commerce in the selection of the transformation and development mode of feed enterprises.Finally,the application of e-commerce in the practice path of feed companies and the current challenges were introduced.
