| 摘 要： | 以人工授粉为对照,研究了3种坐果灵不同浓度和不同处理时期对哈密瓜型甜瓜品种东方蜜1号果实性状和品质的影响。结果表明,坐果灵处理能够明显提高坐果率,其中以使用坐果灵氯吡脲或噻苯隆在开花前1d或当天的处理对果实性状的影响最佳。坐果灵处理后的果肉硬度均有明显增加,且可滴定酸含量显著降低、糖酸比升高,总糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、可溶性固形物含量等指标与对照差异不明显,但口感风味以对照为佳。
