淮安市生活垃圾筛分特性研究

[目的]研究生活垃圾的筛分特性,为制定生活垃圾分选处理工艺提供参考。[方法]利用8～120mm不同孔径的手动筛对淮安市城市生活垃圾进行筛分,分析淮安市的城市生活垃圾的筛分特性。[结果]用孔径分别为120、40和8mm的手动筛对淮安市城市生活垃圾进行筛分试验,厨余类有机物几乎全部在8～120mm粒径范围内,而大部分无机物的粒径都在小于8mm的范围内,粒径大于120mm的混合垃圾,热值比较高,资源化利用的价值高,粒径在40～120mm的混合垃圾,总量较多,组分也比较复杂,粒径在8～40mm的混合垃圾,其总量最多,含水率比较高,灰分高,热值低。[结论]生活垃圾的筛分特性对于生活垃圾的资源化利用途径影响较大。
