日粮中添加三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸对生长前期蓝狐消化代谢及生长性能的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在探讨在基础日粮中添加三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸及其混合物对蓝狐消化代谢和生长性能的影响。采用单因素随机试验设计,将48只10周龄健康公蓝狐随机分为6组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。对照组饲喂常规基础日粮;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加三聚氰胺20mg/kg、三聚氰胺50mg/kg、三聚氰胺100mg/kg、三聚氰酸20mg/kg和三聚氰胺15mg/kg+三聚氰酸5mg/kg的日粮。试验前期(第1~46天),各组蓝狐的体重和日增重没有产生显著性差异(P0.05);试验后期(第46~61天),Ⅴ组蓝狐的体重和日增重显著低于对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的日采食量、干物质消化率、饲料转化率、食入氮、粪氮、尿氮、氮表观消化率和脂肪消化率没有显著差异(P0.05);Ⅴ组氮沉积、氮沉积率和氮生物学效价显著降低(P0.05)。试验组蓝狐与对照组相比,日排尿量和排尿频率都没有显著性差异(P0.05),Ⅲ组蓝狐排尿频率显著高于Ⅴ组(P0.05)。三聚氰胺(15mg/kg)和三聚氰酸(5mg/kg)在日粮中混合添加能显著降低蓝狐体重、氮沉积率和氮生物学效价,相对降低蓝狐排尿频率,二者的协同效应是影响蓝狐体重和氮代谢指标的重要因素。

Abstract:To study the effects of melaminec,yanuric acid or their mixture added into basal diets on the metabolism,digestion and growth performance of blue foxes in their early growth stage.With the single-factor randomized experimental designf,orty-eight healthy male blue foxes of 10-week-old were randomly divided into 6 groups.The control group was fed with the basal diet,while group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳand Ⅴa,s the trial groups,were fed with the basal diet added with melamine 20mg/kg,melamine 50mg/kg,melamine 100mg/kg,cyanuric acid 20mg/kg and melamine 15mg/kg+cyanuric acid 5mg/kg respectively.In early period of the experiments(the 1st~46th),no significant dif-ferences were observed on body weight and daily weight gains of blue foxes among each groups(P 0.05),but in late period of the experi-ments(the 46th~61st),compared with the control,group Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲt,he body weight and daily weight gains of group Ⅴ decreased sig-nificantly(P 0.05).No significant differences were observed on daily feed intake,digestibility of DMf,eed conversion rate,nitrogen in-take,fecal nitrogen,urinary nitrogen,nitrogen apparent digestibility and digestibility of EE in trial groups compared with the control group(P 0.05).Nitrogen retention,nitrogen retention ratioand nitrogen biological value ofgroup Ⅴ decreased significantly(P 0.05).Com-pared with the control group,Daily urinary output and micturation frequency of trial groups were not significantly different.Micturation fre-quency of group Ⅲ was obviously higher than that of group Ⅴ(P 0.05.) Melamine and cyanuric acid added into diets together could de-crease body weight,N retention ratio and N biological value of blue foxes significantly and decreased the micturation frequency relatively.The synergistic effect of the mixture is an important factor in affecting the metabolism,digestion and growth performance of blue foxes.
