獭兔体细胞染色体研究

摘    要:对獭兔体细胞染色体常规组型、G-分带核型和18S+28S NoRs定位及数目分布进行了研究。结果表明,獭兔的染包体常规组型为2n=44,12m+11sm+12st+9t;獭兔G-分带核型与Read-ing会议制定的家兔标准G-带核型基本一致;獭兔的Ag-NoRs定位于13、16和20号染色体短臂的端部以及21号染色体长臂端部,单个细胞银染颗粒数目分布范围为1~6个,平均数为3.68个,众数为4。本研究还从细胞遗传学水平对獭兔的品种特征以及与其他品种家兔比较进行了分析.

Abstract:The karyotype, G-banded karyotype and the location and number of 18 S + 28 S rDNA of Rex rabbit were studied. The results showed that the karyotype of Rex rabbit is 2n = 44, 12m + llsm+ 12st + 9 t, its G-banded karyotype is basically same as the standard G-banded karyotype of domestic rabbit reported in Reading Conference (1976) j the Ag-NORs are located in the short arm ends of No.13, No.16, No.20 and the longer arm end of No.21 chromosome, the average numbsr per somatic Ag-NORs is 3.68, the mode is 4 .
