| 摘 要： | 研究了利用热水浸泡法防治牡丹根结线虫的方法，分别设置48℃、49℃、50℃、51℃、52℃5个温度，每个温度设20min、30min两个处理时间。结果表明，49—50℃处理30min，供试牡丹种苗内根结线虫死亡率达100％，且对牡丹种苗生长无任何不良影响。 |
