乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定空气中甲醛及其影响因素研究

摘    要:针对室内空气中甲醛的特点,对甲醛的乙酰丙酮分光光度测量方法进行了优化,研究了相关因素对测定的影响,并讨论了该方法的最佳实验条件:温度为60℃,乙酰丙酮用量为2 mL,采气速率为0.5 L/min。该方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of formaldehyde in indoor air,formaldehyde was measured by the method of acetyl acetone with spectrophotometer,the impact of relative factors on the determination was studied,and the best experimental conditions were discussed.The results indicate that the best conditions for the determination of formaldehyde in air are as follows: reaction temperature is 60 ℃,dosage of acetylacetone is 2 mL,gas recovery velocity is 0.5 L/min.This method is simple,quick and convenient,it has high sensitivity and good reproduction.
