论传统乡村秩序和现代农村社会管理体系的冲突与融合

转型中的农村社会,乡村秩序发生变化,传统亲缘关系与现代社会关系并存,传统礼俗与理性并存。但是以传统的血缘、地缘关系为基础的、传统乡规民约为规范的乡村秩序,在农村社会仍然发挥重要作用。现代农村社会管理体系作为一种制度建构,对于变迁的农村社会具有一种“嵌入性”特征。传统乡村秩序与现代农村社会管理体系,既有冲突也有融合,建构现代农村管理体系,必须以农村社会的现有乡村秩序为基础,才能实现有效的农村社会管理。

Conflicts and Mixes between Traditional Rural Order and Modern Rural Social Management System

The order of rural state is changing because of the coexistence of traditional genetic connection and modern social relationship, and the coexistence of traditional etiquette and rationality. But the traditional rural orders which based on genetic connection and geographic advantages, and while regulated by traditional village rules are still play an important role. The modern rural social management, as a system construction, has an embeddedness character. There are both conflicts and mixes between traditional rural order and modern rural social management system.
