污泥生物有机肥对大豆产量和氮磷吸收的影响

摘    要:试验采用随机区组设计,设5个施肥水平(CK为常规化肥;A为化肥+8kg/hm2污泥生物有机肥;B为化肥+11kg/hm2污泥生物有机肥;C为化肥+15kg/hm2污泥生物有机肥;D为化肥+20kg/hm2污泥生物有机肥),2种施肥方式(拌肥和拌种肥),研究了污泥生物有机肥对大豆产量及其营养器官(叶片、主茎和根系)氮、磷养分吸收的影响。结果表明:在施入污泥生物有机肥后,大豆产量及其营养器官中的氮、磷含量均高于对照(C>B>A>D>CK)。且拌种肥处理均高于拌肥处理,其中拌种肥的C处理大豆产量最高,为1 898.5kg/hm2,增产8.18%。说明污泥生物有机肥可提高大豆产量,并对氮、磷吸收有一定的促进作用。

Abstract:Nutrient uptake and yield of soybean are affected significantly by fertilization.In this experiment,a randomized block design was used to study the effect of different sludge biological organic fertilization levels and forms on yield and uptake of N and P in different vegetative organs(leaf,caulis and root) of soybean.The sludge biological organic fertilizer was applied at five levels(CK,A,B,C,D) and two forms including mixing with chemical fertilizer alone and mixing with seeds & chemical fertilizers simultaniously.CK was the conventional chemical fertilization only,however.A,B,C,D represented different levels of sludge biological organic fertilizer(8kg/hm2,11kg/hm2,15kg/hm2 and 20kg/hm2) used with conventional chemical fertilizer.The results showed that the yields and contents of N and P in leaf,caulis and root under sludge biological organic fertilizer application treatments were higher than those of CK(the order was C>B>A>D>CK).And all the treatments of mixing sludge biological organic fertilizer with seeds & chemical fertilizer were better than the treatments of mixing with chemical fertilizer alone.The yield under treatment C was the highest among all the treatments with 1898.5kg/hm2 and 8.18% increase rate compared to CK.This indicated that sludge biological organic fertilizer could increase soybean’s yield and improve N and P uptake.
