摘    要:以克新一号品种为试验材料,采用组织培养方法,研究了钾对NaCl胁迫下马铃薯脱毒苗脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量、相对电导率和根系活力的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下,不同浓度钾处理对马铃薯脱毒苗脯氨酸含量、相对电导率和根系活力影响显著,但对可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响不显著。在25mmol/L和50mmol/LNaCl胁迫下,培养基中添加8mmol/L K2SO4,脯氨酸含量最高,根系活力最大,相对电导率最低。但在75mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,4mmol/L K2SO4处理,缓解效果最好。综合分析表明:钾具有缓解NaCl胁迫对马铃薯脱毒苗伤害的作用,但钾的添加量并非越多

Abstract:The effects of potassium nutrition on proline content,soluble protein content,soluble carbohydrate content,electrolyte leakage and the activities of root of potato variety "gram new No 1" were investigated under NaCl stress in tissue culture conditions.The results showed that under NaCl stress,potassium concentration had a significant effect on proline content,electrolyte leakage and the activities of root of potato,but had no significant effect on soluble protein and soluble sugar content.Under the 25mmol/L and 50mmol/L NaCl stress,with 8mmol/L K2SO4 in substrate,proline content of potato was the highest,electrolyte leakage was the lowest and the activity of root was the best compared with other potassium concentration treatment.However,under 75mmol/L NaCl stress,4mmol/L K2SO4 could alleviate the intimidation of salt better compared with the other potassium nutrition treatment.In conclusion,proper concentration of K+ in the substrate could alleviate the negative impact of salt stress on potato virus-free seedlings.
