AtCS25基因过表达载体的构建和拟南芥的遗传转化

摘    要:AtCS25基因是拟南芥中一个功能未知的基因.生物信息学分析发现,该基因可能与花粉和花粉管的发育有关.为了进一步探究该基因的功能,克隆了AtCS25基因的全长CDS序列,并将克隆得到的片段插入到过表达载体pBI121相应的位置,构建了AtCS25基因的过表达载体pBI121 - AtCS25.通过农杆菌GV3101介导将该载体转入拟南芥Col生态型中,获得了5株转基因植株,为进一步研究AtCS25基因的功能奠定了良好的基础.

Abstract:AtCS25 is a function unknown gene in Arabidopsis thaliana.According to the analysis result of bioinformatics,this gene may associate with pollen germination and tube growth.In order to uncover the function of this gene,the full length CDS of AtCS25 was cloned into overexpression binary vector pBI121 and was transformed into wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana Col mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101.Five transgenic plants were obtained,which played a good foundation for further studying on function of AtCS25.
