| 摘 要： | 我国粮食资源中,有61种国家地理标志产品、95件国家地理标志商标、119种国家农产品地理标志.介绍了我国粮食资源的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记的现状,探讨地理标志知识产权保护发展对策,并提出几点有关建议.

| Abstract: | In grain resources,there were 61 types of product with national geographical indications,95 brands with national geographical indications,119 types of geographical indications for agricultural products.This article introduced the situation on protection of products with national geographical indication,registration of brands with national geographical indications and registration of geographical indications for agricultural products,and discussed the development countermeasures for intellectual property protection of grain geographical indications in China. |
