香樟叶提取液的除草与抑菌活性

摘    要:研究了香樟叶提取液对萝卜、水稻、反枝苋、小麦和大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉菌生长的抑制作用。结果表明,乙醇提取液对植物种子萌发、芽长、根长的抑制率分别为100%、75%~79%、85%~89%;水提取液对种子萌发、芽长、根长的抑制率分别为31%~100%、37%~65%、38%~77%。香樟叶提取液对供试菌的抑菌圈直径为13~25mm。香樟叶乙醇提取液比水提取液的抑制作用更大,且对不同植物及菌类的生长抑制效果存在明显差异。

Abstract:The antibacterial activity of extracts from leaves of Cinnamomum camphora to the E.coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphyloccus aureus and herbicide effect on radish,wheat,rice,A.retroflexus were investigated.The result showed that ethanol extracts had a significant inhibition on seed germination,seedling length and root length,the inhibitory ratio was 100%,75%-79%,85%-89% respectively;Water extracts had a inhibition effect on seed germination,seedling length and root length with the ratio was 31%-100%,37%-65%,38%-77% respectively.Diameter of inhibiting bacteria circle were 13-25mm to E.coli,Staphyloccus aureus,Bacillus subtilis.Inhibiting effect of ethanol extracts was greater than water extracts,and different inhibiting effects on different plant and different bacteria strains were observed.
