| 摘 要： | 马铃薯蚕豆间套作边行效应对马铃薯块茎的品质有一定的影响,经测定,马铃薯边一行的淀粉含量为14.231％,显著低于边二行和边三行；还原糖含量的测定结果与淀粉含量的测定结果表现一致,边一行的还原糖含量为0.466％,显著低于边二行和边三行.马铃薯和蚕豆间作,可以改善作物的微循环,从而影响着作物品质变化.

| Abstract: | The quality of potato tuber was affected by marginal effect at some extent in potato and horsebean intercropping system.The starch content of potato tuber from the first side row is 14.231%,which was significantly lower than that of the second and the third side row.The same trend was observed in content of reducing sugar.The content of reducing sugar of potato tuber from the first side row was 0.466%,significantly lower than that of the second and the third side row.Intercropping of potato and horsebean could improve the microcirculation of crops,and then affected the change of crop quality. |
