放线菌LDP-18发酵液杀菌活性研究

摘    要:LDP-18是从秦岭土壤中分离到的一株放线菌 ( Streptomycessp.)。分别采用抑制菌丝生长速率法、抑制孢子萌发法、管蝶法等测定了其发酵液的杀菌活性。结果表明 ,发酵原液对油菜菌核、烟草赤星、西瓜枯萎、苹果轮纹、番茄早疫及小麦根腐病菌的菌丝生长抑制率均在 95 %以上 ;对烟草赤星、玉米大斑、小麦根腐、黄瓜霜霉病菌的孢子萌发抑制率均达 80 %以上 ;对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌圈透明且直径均达到了 15 mm以上。盆栽试验结果表明 ,其对小麦白粉病的治疗和保护效果分别为 5 7.2 5 %和 62 .0 0 %。

Abstract:LDP-18 was a strain ,isolated from soil in Qinling mountain.Studied by mycelium growth method,result showed that the metabolite had an inhibition rate of mycelium growth over 95% against six kinds of fungi.Researched by spores germination method, the authors found that it also had an inhibition rate above 80% against germination of spores of four kinds of fungi.Tested by cylinder plate method, we made a conclusion that it could inhibit the growth of three kinds of bacteria, the diameter of inhibition zone were over 15 mm. Potted culture indicated that protective efficacy and therapeutic efficacy against Blumera graminis were respectively 57.25% and 62.00%.
