黄土高原水土流失综合治理与开发的途径与前景

摘    要:在分析黄土高原资源潜力的基础上,对黄土高原综合治理与开发的基本经验进行了系统总结,并指出黄土高原综合治理与开发是一项世纪性的宏伟的系统工程。国家设在黄土高原的11个试区经过10a多的科技攻关,已初步显示出可观的资源潜力和开发前景。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the potential of 4 resources,the basic experiences of comprehensive harness and development in loess plateau are systematically summarized.The comprehensive harness in loess plateau is considered a century magnificent systemic engineering.The resource potential and development prospect of loess plateau is initially showed by 11 stations which have carried out the project of national trackling key problem for more than 10 years.
