EMS玉米花粉诱变的M1代生物学效应

摘    要:本试验通过对EMS玉米花粉诱变所得种子及M1后代植株性状的观察,对EMS对M1的结实率、出苗率、抽雄的影响进行了研究.结果表明:随EMS处理浓度的增加,M1的结实率逐渐降低.与对照相比,M1群体的出苗率低,出苗迟缓,持续时间长,每天出苗百分比表现出一种由少至多再至少的平缓发展规律.M1群体的抽雄期表现出早熟、晚熟及同时具有早熟和晚熟变异3种类型.M1苗期变异以叶色变异为主,而成株期以雄穗结构变异为主。

Abstract:The observation of the seed obtained by ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)inducing mature pollens and characters of M1 were carried out.Further study on effects of EMS on seed-setting rate,seedling rate and tassel emergence of M1 was closely followed.The results showed that seed-setting rates of M1 decreased with the increase of EMS treatment concentration.The research also found that seedling rate of M1was lower,seedling period was longer than check.seedling emergence rate of M1 took on a smooth change tendency.The tassel emergence of M1 had three types:earliness variance,lateness variance,variance possessed both earliness and lateness at same time.In M1 deficient variance of leaf color constituted major part of seedling ones and tassel structure deformed variance of adult plant ones.
