中华豆芫箐成虫的药用资源价值研究

摘    要:对隔离饲养的中华豆芫箐EpicautachinensisLap.成虫分析结果表明,该虫的斑蝥素含量与“国家药典”入典药用昆虫眼斑芫箐MylabriscichoriiL.近似,达到了国家药典规定的入药标准;雄虫斑蝥素的含量显著高于雌虫;体内斑蝥素的含量以腹部最高,约为75%~78%,其次为胸部,含量约为13%~18%;取食沙打旺、紫苜蓿和草木樨3种自然食料植物,在羽化12d试虫体内斑蝥素含量达最大值且与其他时间存在着显著差异(P≤0.05),提示该虫羽化12d左右应是采收炮制的最佳时期。该虫体内生物合成斑蝥素总量与食料植物种类关系不明显。

Abstract:The measured result showed that the cantharidin content of the blister beetle Epicauta chinensis Lap. achieved the standard of China Pharmacopoeia, similar with that of Mylabris cichorii L., which listed in the Pharmacopoeia. The male had more cantharidin than female. The cantharidin content in abdomen and thorax were 75%~80% and 13%~18%, respectively.fed with the legume plants Astragarus adsurgens Pall., Medicago sativa (L.), and Melilotus albus Desr the insect had a significant higher cantharidin holding period (P≤0.05) on the 12th day after it emergence, which should be the best period to collect the insect for medical usage. The total cantharidin content seemed not related with its food plants but the emergence time.
