保定市生态足迹与承载力研究

摘    要:运用生态足迹法,计算了保定市2007年的生态承载力和生态资源利用状况。利用聚类分析法分析了保定市各县域可持续发展的异同。结果表明:①在实施大变样之前,保定市人均生态赤字为0.541 0 hm2,万元GDP为0.91 hm2/万元。②保定市整体生态环境处于高负荷状态,资源利用效率较低,处于弱不可持续发展状态。③聚类分析表明,保定市辖各县市可分为5类,县域间可持续性差异较大。④在5类区域中,Ⅰ类区域生态赤字低于0.5;Ⅱ类区生态赤字约等于1;Ⅲ类区生态赤字约等于3;Ⅳ类区生态赤字为3-5;Ⅴ类区生态赤字高于5。

Abstract:By employing the ecological footprint model and data of Baoding in 2007,the ecological capacity and utilization for ecological resources of Baoding in 2007 were calculated.The sustainable development similarities and differences of each county in Baoding were also analyzed by using clustering method.①Before three-year-tremendous-changes,the deficit is 0.541 0 hm2 per capita and the ecological footprint came up to 0.91 hm2 per ten thousand Yuan GDP.②It's appeared that the ecological environment of Baoding was in high load conditions,that the utilization efficiency of resource was rather low,and that the environment was in a weak unsustainable situation.③The result of clustering analysis showed that the counties of Baoding can be divided into five categories and the sustainability is quite different among them.④Among the five categories,the ecological deficit of the first area is lower than 0.5;the second area is approximately equal to 1;the third area is about equal to 3;the fourth area is from 3 to 5;and the last area is higher than 5.
