| 摘 要： | [目的]获得无菌、生长正常的费约果外植体,从而进行组培快繁。[方法]通过选用费约果不同组织部位作为外植体,采用不同消毒方法及不同预培养的培养基来进行费约果的外植体制备试验,从中筛选出适合的条件。[结果]采用费约果新梢为外植体,用0.1%HgCl2消毒4 min后,在含有羧苄青霉素、硫酸链霉素附加DTT、Vc的1/2MS培养基上预培养21 d获得的外植体消毒效果最好。[结论]获得了生长健壮的费约果外植体,为其快速繁殖提供了技术依据。
