| 摘 要： | 目的]研究降雨量对云南相似海拔地区烤烟烟碱和总氮含量及施木克值的影响。方法]在6个海拔相似且大田期降雨量不同的烤烟种植点,采用相对规范的栽培和烘烤技术,对相同品种K326分部位挂牌,取初烤烟叶样品,分析烟碱含量、总氮含量及施木克值与降雨量的相关性。结果]降雨量与烤烟烟碱含量、总氮含量和施木克值三者存在明显的负相关关系。在样本中,相对合理的施木克平衡比值出现在152～210 mm降水范围,降雨量递增导致的辐射量递减,可能引起辐射诱导烟碱合成作用减弱。关于与以上降雨量范围相似的烤烟种植区是否为优质烤烟产区这一推测,值得进一步进行系统研究。结论]该研究可为烤烟种植区划和卷烟叶合理配置工作提供相关依据。
