| 摘 要： | 用AHP方法和综合评分法将GIS技术应用到集约利用评价中对黄冈市土地集约利用水平进行评价,为黄冈市集约利用提供决策依据。结果表明,黄冈市的集约利用水平值在空间尺度上不平衡,黄州区的集约利用度很高,其次是武穴市,其他县市的集约利用度接近平均值或处于低于平均集约水平。为了促进区域集约用地,应建立经常性的区域土地集约利用评价制度。利用ArcGIS软件强大的空间分析和数据处理能力以及良好的插件扩展功能,能快捷、较好地完成不同区域间的土地集约利用评价。
