新农村建设无法离开农村公共产品的支撑,因此应进一步完善农村公共产品的有效供给。通过实证分析法和理论分析法,分析了农村公共产品供给存在的问题及原因,并最终明确了各级政府的责任和范围,建立了自下而上的供给体制。

Research on the Supply of Rural Public Goods in New Countryside Construction

New countryside construction needs the support of rural public goods,therefore,the effective supply of rural public goods should be further optimized.Through empirical and theoretical analysis,the problems and causes of rural public goods supply were analyzed,then the responsibilities range of governments at all levels was clarified,and at last a bottom-up supply mechanism was constructed.
