| 摘 要： | 以海南省陵水县为例,具体分析各类用地与生态保护的关系,在符合土地利用总体规划的前提下,妥善处理陵水县社会经济发展与土地资源利用和保护的矛盾,将生态保护的相关措施与土地利用总体规划政策相结合,积极探索规划实施的制度创新,促进土地合理利用和高效配置。

| Abstract: | Taking Lingshui Lizu Autonomous County as an example,the relationship between land use and ecological protection was expounded.On the base of land use planning,the contradiction between economic development and land use was properly handled.The measures of ecological protection and the policies of land use planning were integrated,and the system innovation in implementation of planning was explored to promote land use reasonable. |
