中国地租形式研究——以近代江苏地租为例

对土地租税的征收形式,以及3种土地制度模式即雇工经营、分成制和定额制进行了比较研究,并得出结论,中国土地制度的形成与地主、农民对利益的获取与风险的偏好直接相关,形成了中国传统社会的独具特点的土地制度。

The Research of Chinese Land Tenancy Form

Land system is the result of the play between the level of productive development、landlord class and the renter using land.At analytical domestic relevant land leasing relation research progress of foundation up.Forms of land tenancy and three kinds of land system model including hired management,rent-sharing system and rating system were studied comparatively in this thesis.The thesis hold the view that the formation of Chinese land system has directly relationship with attitudes that the landlords and the farmers hold to interests and risks.As a result,Chinese land system has been a traditional social land system.
