摘    要:[目的]建立土壤中10种农药残留的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]样品经丙酮-水(7∶3,V/V)超声提取后,用正已烷进行液液分配;提取液经弗罗里硅土柱净化,采用OV-1701弹性石英毛细管柱进行分离,用GC-ECD同时检测。[结果]各农药回归方程的线性良好,相关系数为0.990 3~0.999 1;仪器精密度为1.2%~3.4%;方法精密度为6.5%~7.4%;加标回收率为84.0%~103.2%,RSD为2.5%~8.8%。[结论]该研究建立的方法可用于土壤中农药残留测定。

Abstract:[Objective] To determine the pesticide residues in soil by GC.[Methods] After the pesticide residues were extracted from soil with acetone-water(7∶3,V/V),were Liquid/liquid extracted by normal hexane.Extracts were clean-up by alumina neutral-florisil column.Analytical screening was determined by gas chromatography using capillary column equipped with electron-capture detector.[Result] The correlation coefficients were 0.990 3-0.999 1,the precisions of instrument were 1.2%-3.4%.The precisions of methods were from 6.5% to 7.4%.The recoveries were from 84.0% to 103.2%,RSD was 2.5%-8.8%.[Conclusions] A satisfactory result was obtained in the determination of the pesticide residues in soil.
