| 摘 要： | [目的]研究3种抑制菌株代谢活性的长期保藏方法对冬虫夏草菌种保藏的效果。[方法]以菌丝体生长得率、虫草多糖、虫草酸作为衡量菌种的质量指标,采用低温冻结、液氮冷冻和冷冻干燥保藏等3种方法对C-03冬虫夏草菌种的保藏效果进行比较。[结果]真空冷冻干燥保藏,以脱脂牛奶为保护剂,4℃预冷30 min,然后于-20℃预冻2 h,再于-80℃预冻24 h的阶段降温条件下,菌株萌发长势、菌丝得率及有效成分含量优于其他2种保藏方法。[结论]真空冷冻干燥保藏为冬虫夏草菌种较为理想的长期保藏方法
