| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选慈姑茎尖组织培养的最佳试验条件。方法]以江苏省慈姑的主栽品种＂宝应紫圆＂的茎尖为材料,研究了不同培养条件对慈姑茎尖培养和匍匐茎诱导的影响。结果]0.10 mg/L 6-BA＋0.50 mg/L NAA培养条件下的成苗效果较好;2.00 mg/L 6-BA＋0.50 mg/L NAA培养条件对慈姑匍匐茎的诱导效果较好;不同蔗糖浓度处理对慈姑抽生匍匐茎的影响差异不显著。结论]不同培养条件对慈姑的成苗和匍匐茎诱导有一定影响。
