Orbal氧化沟中高效降解菌的分离与筛选

目的]为了分离、筛选出Orbal氧化沟中高效降解菌。方法]以肉膏蛋白胨培养基为基质,对某城市污水处理厂Orbal氧化沟中的微生物进行接种培养,并将分离纯化得到的菌株进行COD降解试验。结果]筛选出5株具有较高降解能力的细菌,经过2次复筛得到3株能高效降解废水且降解效果稳定的细菌。研究表明,大多数细菌在18h左右降解效率达到最高值。结论]这对于污水处理厂高效运行具有实际意义。
