摘    要:目的]探索常规环境因子对架桥细菌与其配对菌共凝集能力的影响。方法]以污水处理系统生物膜中分离的1株架桥细菌Bacillus megateriumT1和3株配对细菌Bacillus cereusG5、Bacillus marisflaviG8、Shewanellasp.H3为材料,研究不同生长期、温度、pH和水力剪切力对T1与3株配对菌组合共凝集率的影响。结果]除4℃和pH为5条件不利于架桥细菌T1与配对菌之间的共凝集能力以外,其他环境条件对T1的共凝集能力没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。结论]该架桥细菌T1在常规废水处理系统中可以保持较强的共凝集能力。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the influences of conventional environmental factors on the co-aggregation ability of Bacillus megaterium T1 and its matching bacteria.Method] Using T1,Bacillus cereus G5,Bacillus marisflavi G8 and Shewanella sp.H3 isolated from the biofilm of the sewage treatment system as the materials,the influences of different growth phase,temperature,pH and hydraulic shear stress on the co-aggregate ability of T1 and 3 matching bacteria were studied.Result] Expect that 4 ℃ or pH of 5 went against the co-aggregation percentage of T1 with three matching bacteria,other environmental conditions had no significant influence on the co-aggregation ability of T1(P>0.05).Conclusion] Bridging bacterium T1 can maintain a strong ability of co-aggregation in the conventional wastewater treatment system.
