不同盐碱土壤上紫花地丁生长动态研究

摘    要:[目的]研究紫花地丁的耐盐碱能力。[方法]以紫花地丁实生苗为试验材料,将其移栽到不同pH的盐碱土上,观察土壤盐碱胁迫对移栽紫花地丁幼苗生长动态的影响。[结果]在含盐量5.2和6.4 g/kg的盐碱土上,紫花地丁幼苗生长速率较在对照土壤上显著降低,分蘖能力显著下降;但是,移栽到含盐量3.6 g/kg的试验地中的紫花地丁,其株高、叶片数并没有明显差异,分蘖数和生物量略低于对照土壤,但对紫花地丁的整体生长影响不大。[结论]该研究分析了紫花地丁在3种土壤上的生长动态,为紫花地丁在盐碱地上的应用提供依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The alkali ability of Viola philippica was studied.[Method]The effects of saline-alkaline stress on growth dynamics of Viola philippica seedlings transplanted were investigated.[Result]The seedling′s growth rate was decreased significantly and tiller numbers were reduced significantly in the salt content 5.2 g/kg and 6.4 g/kg of saline alkaline soils than those in compared soils.However,the plant height and leaf number of Viola philippica transplanted to the salt content 3.6 g/kg of saline alkaline soils had no significant difference,and tiller number and biomass were slightly lower than those in compared soil,but it had little effect on Viola philippica′s growth.[Conclusion] The growth dynamic of Viola philippica was compared and analyzed in three kinds of soils,and the basis was provided for the application of Viola philippica in saline-alkali soil.
