摘    要:[目的]优化苏云金芽孢杆菌B28培养基,提高晶体蛋白产量。[方法]采用SAS软件设计PB试验,得到影响晶体蛋白含量的显著因素。根据选出的显著因素设计最陡爬坡试验,确定晶体蛋白含量最高的中心点。根据确定的显著因素和中心点设计响应曲面法分析试验。[结果]最佳培养基配比:牛肉膏4.00 g/L,蛋白胨10.00 g/L,葡萄糖3.00 g/L,NaCl 4.60 g/L,K2HPO40.67 g/L,MgSO40.30g/L,MnSO40.05 g/L。[结论]优化后的B28晶体蛋白产量提升了43.5%。
