陕西秦岭山区人工养殖大鲵肌肉中无机污染物含量分析

目的]对陕西秦岭山区人工养殖大鲵肌肉中重金属进行测定。方法]样品用硝酸-高氯酸混合液进行消解处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量。结果]人工养殖大鲵肌肉中Pb、Cd、As为未检出,Hg含量为0.023mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.7%。结论]经国家标准物质验证,方法准确度和精密度可满足检测,样品测定结果真实,Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量符合国家食品安全卫生标准要求。

Analysis of Inorganic Contaminants in Giant Salamander Muscle of Qinling Mountain in Shaanxi

Objective] The experiment is to determine the contents of the heavy metals in muscle of giant salamander of Qinling Mountain in Shaanxi.Method] The samples were pretreated with mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid,to determine content of Pb,Cd,As and Hg by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Result] The Pb,Cd,As in muscle of giant salamander of artificial breeding was not detected,while the content of Hg was 0.023 mg/kg and RSD was 3.7%.Conclus...
