搞好水土保持生态系统建设 实现人口资源环境和谐发展

“十五”期间 ,我国水土保持生态系统建设要在速度、质量和效益等方面取得新的突破和进展 ,努力完成 2 5万km2 的综合治理任务 ,有效地控制住人为水土流失。为实现这一目标 ,在指导思想上 ,要树立人与自然和谐共处的思想 ,把改善生态、支撑经济社会可持续发展作为主线贯穿到水土保持工作中去。

To Establish a Good Ecosystem of Soil and Water Conservation and Realize a Harmonious Development of Population,Resources and Environment

During the period of the 10th Five Year Plan, the ecosystem construction of soil and water conservation in China will make a new breakthrough and progress on the aspects of speed, quality and benefits, try to complete the comprehensive management task of 250 000 km 2 area and effectively control man made soil and water loss. In order to realize this objective, we should have the ideology of harmonious coexisting of people and nature and take improving ecology and supporting social and economic sustainable development as the main content and put that into the work of soil and water conservation.
