农业企业家缺位与培育问题刍议

不同于其他现有企业家问题的研究，文章通过追溯国外企业家理论发展的简要历程，特别是结合中国现代农业建设的特殊性，对农业产业化中的农业企业家缺位与培育问题作了探索性研究，认为农业企业家在中国农业产业化推进的不同阶段应有不同的培育重点，农业产业化能否向更高层次演进和发展的关键要素和重要力量本质上取决于农业企业家阶层的普遍生成。

Study on the Scarcity of the Agricultural Entrepreneurs in the Agricultural Industrialization of China

Different from the others study on the problems of the agricultural industrialization, based on the reviews of the development of the foreign entrepreneurial thoery and the speciality of the agricultural industrialization in China, this paper makes a innvational study on the scarcity of the agricultural entrepreneurs in the agricultural industrialization, and holds the views that it is very important and basic for us to train and develop the agricutural entrepreneurs, only through these policies tranfering can we make the agrieutural development better.
