摘    要:对新疆岩蜥与变色沙蜥不同部位鳞片与皮肤进行了在体观察与显微分析.系统比较了两种蜥蜴的体表鳞片在形态、结构、排列方式以及具有多层结构的皮肤等方面的生物耦合现象及其特征规律.探索了生物耦合作用与生物体生活环境适应性的关系.研究表明,新疆岩蜥和变色沙蜥的体表均为由不同形态、结构和材料的鳞片与具有多层结构皮肤的耦合,能在运动过程中减少冲蚀介质对机体的摩擦,减轻其对身体的摩擦损伤.
