二氧化硫伤害不同质地叶片的组织症状观察

摘    要:对质地不同的叶片受 SO_2伤害后组织症状观察表明:(1)叶片厚度变化革质叶最小,纸质叶居中,肉质叶最大。(2)叶肉细胞色泽革质叶为褐色,纸质叶为黄绿色或黄褐色,肉质叶淡灰色。(3)细胞壁变形程度革质叶小,纸质叶居中,肉质叶最大。(4)胞间隙增大是纸质叶比革质叶大,肉质叶反而缩小。(5)质壁分离现象革质叶最明显,纸质叶和肉质叶相似,都不如革质叶明显。(6)叶绿体变形是革质叶最大,纸质叶、肉质叶次之。(7)革质叶的叶脉受害最轻、纸质叶次之,肉质叶最重。

Abstract:This research made observations on histological symptoms of SO_2 injuries to leaves with different texture.The results showed:(1)Leathery leayes were the smallest,papery leayes were middle,fleshy leayes were the largest in respect of the changed range of leave s thicknese.(2)The colours of mesophyllic cells were that,the leathery leaves were brown,papery leaves were yellow-green or yellow-brown,fleshy leaves were light grey. (3)Leathery leaves were the smallest,papery leaves were middle,fleshy leaves were the largest in respect of the deformation degree of cell wall. (4)The increase degrees of intercellular spaces of papery leaves were larger than that of leathery leaves;the intercellular spaces of fleshy leaves reduced in comparison with the original.(5)The phenomena of plasmolysis appeared that leathery leaves were the most obvious,papery leayes were similar to fleshy leaves,but their phenomena were not so obvious as leathery leaves.(6)The deformation degrees of chloroplast in leathery leaves were larger than in papery leaves and fleshy leaves.(7)Injured degrees of vascular bundles in fleshy leaves were the slightest,in papery leaves were middle,in fleshy leaves were the most serious.
