碱法制浆黑液制活性炭的试验研究

讨论了硫酸盐法纸厂废液通过炭化回收碱的同时,综合利用炭素生产高吸附活性炭。试制出的粉状活性炭亚甲兰脱色力平均为23ml,碘吸附大于1000mg·g-1,碱回收效率达86%。可望解决硫酸盐法纸厂的废水污染,取得社会效益的同时,亦有一定的经济效益。

The Experiment of Producing Active Carbon With Black Liquid Alkaline Pulping

The paper discussed alkaline recovery by carbonization from waste liquor of kraft pulping paper mill,and to utilize the carbon to produce the high adsorptive active carbon. Produced active carbon powder had the following properties:average methylene blue adsorption was 23 ml and Iodine number was over 1 000 mg·g~(-1).Efficiency of alkaline recovery reached to 86%.It is hopeful to resolve the pollution caused by waste liquor from kraft pulping paper mill.Therefore,the study not only has the social benefit,but has economic benefit also.
